5. Subscriptions & Payment
If applicable, you pay for your chosen plan. Subscription auto-renews until cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Refunds
Refunds apply under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

• The user has not launched more than one live store with Dropmagic.

• Renewals are non-refundable unless canceled within 72 hours of the charge.

• After a refund is issued, you immediately lose access to Dropmagic Pro.

7. Rights & Ownership
Dropmagic.ai holds all intellectual property rights in the service, design, copy, or branding we generate. You retain ownership of content you provide.

8. Privacy

9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not abuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or upload harmful code.
