5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available when:

• Request made within 7 days of purchase.
• User has not launched more than one live store with Dropmagic.
• Renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled within 72 hours of charge.
• After refund issuance, immediate access loss to Dropmagic Pro occurs.

7. Rights & Ownership

The platform retains intellectual property in its service and generated materials. Users retain ownership of their provided content.

8. Privacy

Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users cannot abuse the service, violate laws, infringe rights, or upload harmful code.

10. Termination

The company may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

11. Disclaimers

We provide the service "as is." No guarantees on uptime, suitability, or results.

12. Liability Limit

The company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
